What the trip request stores
- The public trip request form at /request stores your full name, email address, and mobile or WhatsApp number so Exclusive Africa can contact you.
- Optional trip dates, traveller counts, and notes about accommodation, activities, transport, or dietary needs are stored with that request.
- Shared itinerary links use a private token. They are not a public listing of your trip.
Ask for deletion
To ask us to delete a trip request or correct your contact details, email info@exclusive-africa.com. We will confirm when the record has been removed from TourAssist.
